Where two or three or more are gathered in prayer…

Today will be a simple quick blog about praying for people.

As we prepare for the journey, we are learning that someone has been diagnosed with cancer.  That another woman is struggling with Alzheimer’s as her husband struggles to understand the situation.  There is a need to pray for a young child whose parents are trying to understand the sudden and mysterious illness that is causing discomfort and pain for the child.

After all, Eph 6:18 (NIV) reads, “And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”

Finally, remember, that God does not always answer prayer the way we want Him to answer but He does answer them the way He wants to answer them for our benefit and His purpose as He walks alongside us during the tough times.

Moreover, we need to be praying for other people and asking God what we can do for Him.

So, what is your prayer request or need?

To lift up people in prayer and be supportive of one another, I have created a prayer group on Facebook called Vision 63 Prayer Chain.  The requests in this group will receive continued prayer and we ask that if you are a part of this group, please respect the privacy of those submitting a prayer request and the integrity of the group.

If you want to remain private about your prayer requests, please do not hesitate to private message my personal Facebook page Ann Stenbak Cole.
